Megan McCay, LMHC - (she/her)

I graduated from the Seattle School of Theology with a Masters in Counseling in 2018. My first few years I worked at Navos in the Infant and Early Childhood program where I worked with children birth to five and their parents to support the early attachment relationship in the face of trauma and systematic hardship. I hold certifications in Child Parent Psychotherapy, Promoting First Relationships, and Attachment Vitamins.

Iā€™m drawn to this work because I have experience first hand as a client and as a therapist in witnessing how impactful this work can be. I delight in seeing clients finding the freedom to be comfortable in themselves, honoring the parts of them that need love and care, and growing their compassion for their story
